What is the dress code?

Our celebration is Black Tie. Think floor-length gowns, elegant midi dresses, sleek silhouettes, and statement details for women. Gentlemen are asked to wear a tuxedo that reflects their personal style. Moody tones, luxurious fabrics, and fashion-forward moments are highly welcomed. Visit our lookbook for more information.

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Guest arrival begins as early as 4:30 p.m. We encourage you to come early to reserve your seat and enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of champagne before the ceremony begins.

How long is the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be short and sweet— just about 30 minutes.

Are children allowed?

We kindly request an adults-only celebration.

Is there a room block?

We have not secured a room block at this time; however, we are happy to arrange one should enough interest arise. A block would offer approximately 40% savings on all room categories with a two-night minimum. Please contact the bride or groom if you are interested.

Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same location?

Yes — both events will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. The ceremony will be outdoors on artificial turf, and the reception will follow indoors.

Do you have a wedding registry?

We do not have a traditional registry.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We love your enthusiasm, but due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones.

What will the weather be like?

Early summer in Westlake Village, CA typically features warm, pleasant days with average highs in the upper 70s to mid-80s °F and cooler evenings in the low 60s. Our ceremony will take place outdoors with shade provided, and the reception will be held indoors.
