Guest Arrival
Guests are invited to arrive as early as 4:30 p.m. to reserve their seats and enjoy cappuccinos or champagne while taking in the beautiful setting of the Four Seasons before the ceremony begins. Complimentary valet is available, and once inside the lobby, signage will guide you to the Garden Lawn for the ceremony. Our ceremony will be brief and meaningful, so we kindly encourage guests to arrive on time—you won’t want to miss a moment.
5:00 p.m.
Ceremony
The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Garden Lawn, a serene setting with spots of shade for guest comfort. Seating is first-come, first-served, with reserved rows designated for immediate family. June in Westlake Village typically brings warm, pleasant weather, mid-70s during the day with cooler evening breezes, so guests may wish to bring a light layer as the sun sets.
Our ceremony is unplugged; we kindly ask that all guests join us in being fully present by keeping phones and cameras put away. We promise our photographer will capture everything beautifully, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you.
5:30 p.m.
Reception
After the ceremony, guests will transition indoors for an elegant black-tie reception with dinner, dancing, and drinks. The evening will include a curated three-course dinner, cocktails, and moments crafted to be both intimate and memorable. Music will range from Arabic tunes and disco classics to pop hits and EDM. If there's a particular song you’d like to hear during the evening, please submit your request below.
Guests are welcome to depart at their leisure. In fact, you are warmly encouraged to Irish goodbye (Tiffany’s favorite) so the bride and groom can stay right where they belong: on the dance floor. Valet services will remain available, and ride-share pickups can be requested directly from the hotel entrance.

A Poolside Reset
On Sunday, we’d love for our hotel guests to stop by our poolside cabana for a laid-back Father’s Day hangout. Feel free to relax by the pool, book a spa treatment, or keep the party going, whatever your vibe. There will also be a World Cup match playing at the pool bar for anyone who wants to catch the game. It’s a casual, come-as-you-are kind of afternoon.
